AFW-高收缩丝的研制

摘要 AFW-高收缩丝是以涤纶POY为原丝,在日本村田335-Ⅱ喷气变形机上,通过低温冷拉伸方法生产仿毛、仿毛麻高收缩丝。本文讨论了拉伸温度在60—140℃之间生产的AFW-高收缩丝的沸水收缩率、卷曲力及定张力下纤维的沸水收缩率;讨论了变形速度、存放时间及原丝品种对AFW-高收缩丝性能的影响。结果表明:随拉伸温度升高,收缩率降低、强度增加、延伸度下降。为适应织物要求,拉伸温度在75—85℃之间、沸水收缩率在30%左右为好;卷曲力随着热空气温度的升高而明显增加。在织物整理中,定型温度在150℃以上为宜;定张力下纤维的沸水收缩率随着外加张力的提高而降低;在低张力下,沸水收缩率随着拉伸温度的升高而降低;变形速度提高,沸水收缩率增加,染色率很明显下降,以热盘为拉伸方式,一次拉伸制取AFW-高收缩丝,丝速200m/min为宜;AFW-高收缩丝物理性能均能达到纺织要求,在实验范围内,存放时间对纤维物理性能几乎无影响;单丝纤度2.4dtex的AFw-高收缩丝仿毛感强、单丝纤度4.8dtex仿毛麻感强。 AFW (ATY-Flaxlike-Woollike)-high-shrinkage yarn is made of PET POY on 335-Ⅱ type Air Jet Texturing machine imported from MORATA, Japan by means of low temperature drawing method. In this paper, the boiling water shrinkage, crimping forc and ethe boiling water shrinkage under a definite tension of the fiber, which was produced at the drawing temperature range of 60—140℃, have been discussed and the effects of the texturing speed, storage time and the POY variaties on the property of AFW-high-shrinkage yarn have been also discussed. The results show that as the rise of the drawing temperature, shrinkage and elongation decrease, tenacity increases. To meet the requirement of the fabrics, the drawing temperature should be in the range of 75—85℃, boiling water shrinkage about 30%. Crimping force increases obviously as the rise of the hot air temperature. In the fabric finishing, the setting temperature should be above 150℃. Under a definite tension, the boiling water shrinkage of the fiber decreases as the increasing of the forced tension. Under low tension, the boiling water shrinkage decreases as the rise of the drawing temperature. The texturing speed increases, the boiling water shrin kage increases, the dyeability decreases obviously. In the field of experiment,the storage time has hardly effects on the physical property of the yarn. The AFW-high-shrinkage yarn with 2.4 dtex/f has good woollike handle, and that with 4.8 dtex/f has good flaxlike handle.
