先天性冲动性眼球震颤的治疗

Surgical treatment of congenital jerking nystagmus

先天性眼震的手术治疗,近年来相继增多。我院自1980年以来收治23例,手术效果较满意,将有关的个人体会报告如下。一般资料我科收治的23例先天性眼震均为冲动性、水平型。年令8～21岁。平均年令15.1岁。3例下颌轻度内收、4例下颌轻度上举。合并斜视者5例。屈光不正15例。角膜缘试验2～13mm,平均5.8mm。23例中1例为小儿外科误诊为先天性斜颈而做了胸锁乳头肌切断术。

This passage reported the surgical treatment of 23 cases with congenitaljerking nystagmus.Extent determined by the limbus test is basis of operati-on.Body positure must be kept straight when we do the test.From ourpractice,extent of nystagmus measured at different parts of cornea is diff-erent.We suggest that the temporal and the nosal limbus of both eyes beused as fixed starting point.The average of four data is the right extent ofnystagmus.The extent is affected by the state of mind.We should measureit continously for 3 days.Differential diagnosis from this disease to the con-genital neck tilt and ametropic neck tilt must be made.
