加速发展我国腈纶工业的途径

THE WAY TO SPEED UP THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHINA ACRYLIC FIBER INDUSTRY

本文根据世界腈纶工业发展的趋势和国内石油化工发展的前景,引用数据阐明了加建发展腈纶的必要性,提出了通过引进先进技术建立新基地、抓好老厂技术改造以及利用外资建立外向型经济等加速发展我国腈纶工业的多种渠道,同时必须建立高效能的科研、设计、制造一体化的开发机构,并注意落实配套原料基地的建设。

On the basis of the developing trends of world acrylic fiber industry and the prospect of China petrochemical industry, the necessity to speed up the development of acrylic fiber has been described with data in this paper. Several ways have been put forward as follows: building new bases through importing advanced technology, paying special attention to the technical reformation of old plants and setting up outside economy with foreign capital etc. Meanwhile, it is necessary to establish the high-efficient development units involving scientific research,desigh and manufacture as well as corresponding raw material bases.
