摘要
本文就在国产VC406A长丝生产设备上生产涤纶细旦长丝(单丝纤度1.11dtex左右)的工艺作了研究,认为纺制细旦丝的要求较常规品种严格,需要较高的纺丝温度和拉伸温度,粘度降控制在0.03—0.04,喷丝孔孔径选择0.18—0.22mm,T<sub>3</sub>张力控制在10—15cN,侧吹风风速为0.2—0.25m/s,加工网络时空气压力控制在0.25MPa等等。指出在目前真丝原料紧张的情况下,使用和推广八头纺技术生产涤纶细旦丝代替真丝,拓宽了VC406A纺丝机的应用范围。
In this paper, the technology and process for production of PET fine filament yarn on VC406A equipment (made in China) have been studied. It is considered that the demands of the fine filament production are stricter than those of common varieties, for example, the spinning and drawing temperatures should be higher, viscosity decrease should be controlled from 0.03 to 0.04, the diameter of spinneret holes should be selected within 0.18—0.22mm, T_8 ensiont 10—15cN, quenching air rate 0.2—0.25m/s, the air pressure during interlacing processing 0.25MPa etc. It is put forward that under the current situation that the raw material for natural silk is rather short supply, with the usage and spread of the technology of eight ends per take-up position for the production of PET fine filamen to replace the natural silk, the application field of VC406A spinning machine have been widened.
