随着人口的增加和工业的发展,环境污染日益严重,应重新认识林业在国民经济中的作用。生态平衡应与经济平衡相辅相成。欲正确处理发展林业与急功近利、短期行为之间的矛盾,必须树立生态经济学观点。

Along with ihcreasiag of the population and development ofindustry, the pollution of environment is increasing day after day, the act on forestry in the national economy must be understanded anew. The balance of ecology and economy must be complement each other. In order to treat properly the contradictory among forestry of development and eager for quick success and instant benifit, short-term action, the viewpoint of ecology must be established.
