聚类分析和主成分分析在宁夏甘草集中分布区的应用及初步探讨

APPLICATION AND A PRELIMINARY APPROACH OF CLUSTER ANALYSIS AND PRINCIPAL COMPONENTS ANALYSIS IN MAJOR GLYCYRRHIZA URALENSIS DISTRIBUTED DISTRIGTS OF NINGXIA

本文运用聚类分析和主成分分析方法,将宁夏甘草集中分布区划分为15种类型,揭示出了类型之间存在的相似性、差异性以及差异程度。并分析了本区甘草分布的生态特点和变化规律,为合理地经营、保护和开发利用甘草资源提供一定的科学依据。

In this paper the major G. uralensis distributed districts in Ningxia is divided into 15 types through cluster analysis and prin, cipaicomponents analysis. It shows the similarity, disimilarity as wall as different dagrees bstween two types. The ecologieal characteristics and changing regularity of the G. uralensis distribution are analysed. it has offered certain scientific reference for rationai managements, preservation, exploitation and utilization resourcfes of G. uralensis.
