SOLAR ENERGY CONVERSION OF TERNARY CdSe_xTe_(1_x) THIN FILMS

摘要 Cd-chalcogenides have been known as one of the most promising materials in solar energy conversion. Recently, it was found that the photoelectrochemical performances of ternary CdSe, Te<sub>1-x</sub> alloy photoelectrodes were superior to those of CdSe and CdTe.
