摘要 With the exception of teleost fishes and some insects, all spermatozoa that have been studied with electron microscopy possess acrosome. The acrosome is essentially vesicles packed with proteinaceous material which plays an important role during the fertilization. Those spermatozoa having no acrosome usually do not possess vesicles in their heads.
