Assume that the system （?）=P（x, y）, （?）=Q（x,y）, （1） where P, Q∈C<sup>1</sup> has an isolated Heteroclinic cycle S<sup>n</sup> which consists of elementary saddle point O<sub>i</sub>（x<sub>i</sub>,y<sub>i</sub>） and Heteroclinic orbit S<sub>ij</sub>(x=φ<sub>ij</sub>（t）,y=ψ<sub>ij</sub>（t）) where i=1, 2,..., n,j=i+1.Assume the eigenvalue of the system （Ⅰ） to be λ<sub>i</sub><sup>+</sup>】0】λ<sub>i</sub><sup>-</sup>, at O<sub>i</sub>.
