高等植物线粒体DNA的多型性

摘要 近年来在分子水平上对高等植物线粒体DNA进行了大量的研究,提出了新的概念。高等植物线粒体DNA是多型性的,这是由特殊的重组系统所导致的。质粒状DNA分子有似于转座因子和质粒DNA的特性。 Recenty, many scientists have made a Lots of research on the mitochondiral—DNA (Mt—DNA) of higher plants at the level of molecular. New concept is mentioned. Mt—DNA of higher plants is diversified. It is caused by specidl recombination system plasmid—like DNA is similar to the property to transponable element and plasmid.
