摘要
本文采用自行研制的测试装置,在国内首次测得注塑模具模腔平均压力的数据,并能达到动态显示、自动记录。为研究在不同工艺参数条件下锁模力和模腔压力的变化规律提供了一种新的方法。
A Test unit made by oneself was adopted, the data of injection mould cavity average pressure were first got from checkout in home. In addition, they can be dynamically shown and automatically recorded. A new method is provided for researching into the law of mould locking force and mould impression pressure when technology parameters are changed.
