新化合物苦皮藤素_1的结构鉴定 被引量:7

摘要 从杀虫植物苦皮藤(Celastrus angulatus Max.)根皮中分离的对昆虫具有高度拒食活性的化合物,其低分辨电子撞击电离质谱、低分辨化学电离质谱及高分辨电子撞击电离质谱表明,该化合物的分子量为648。分子式为C_(32)H_(40)O_(14)。核磁共振波谱(~1H和^(13)C)鉴定其化学结构为一种具有二氢琼脂呋喃骨架和1个自由羟基(C—4位)、1个苯甲酸酯基(C—9位)及5个乙酸酯基(C—1,C—2,C—6,C—8,C—15位)的倍半萜烯类化合物,经文献检索,确认为一未报道过的新化合物,定名为Celangulin(苦皮藤素_1)。 A new compound, celangulin, which exhibits antifeeding activity using the fall armyworm bioassay, was isolated from the Chinese bittersweet (Celagtrus angulatus) .Low resolution eims, low resolution cims and high resolution eims of celangulin indicated that the molecular weight of. celangulin was 648, that the formula for celangulin was C32H40O14.The13C-nmr data and the 1H-nmr data of celangulin were evidence that celangulin is a sesquiterpenoid compound with a dihydroagarofuran skeleton which bears one free hydroxy(C-4), one benzoate(C-9) and five acetate(C-1,C-2,C-6, C-8 and C-15)groups.Literature retrieval has confirmed that little has been published on this new compound which is named as Gelangulin .
