利用进气谐振改善V8增压柴油机低速充气性能

摘要 进气谐振技术能有效地改善四冲程发动机低速扭矩特性,国外在产品上已有应用。本文利用内燃机循环模拟计算作为分析手段,结合台架实验,为V8增压柴油机设计了谐振进气系统,解决了安装布置问题,在设计低速点使充气量提高了7%,大大改善了低速充气性能。在方法上,突破了以往谐振理论仅适用于以三为倍数的多缸机的局限,得出了一些带普遍性的结论,为进一步应用提供了依据。 The resonant induction technique can improve torque characteristics of 4- stroke IC engines at low speed. Some commercial products have come into use abroad. In this paper ,the design of resonant induction system for a V8 turbocharged diesel was described, using the developed cyclic simulation program of IC engines as an aided tool combined with engine test. Experiments showed that the charging air mass had been increased by 7% at low speed, also,some valuable and general conclusions have been got, which can be criteria for further application.
