摘要
湖北省蕲春县稻田固氮蓝藻资源是很丰富的。我们对其地形分布、水域环境和季节消长规律作了调查。 这些固氮蓝藻大多属鱼腥藻。它们需要中性或弱碱性生活环境及最适温度28~32℃。通过实验室测定,固定空气中氮素比率为1.5mgN/100ml/15天。晚稻对比实验结果表明,使水稻增产7~15%。它们有助于有机质的积累、土壤改良和促进土壤微生物的繁育。开发这些资源是很有价值的。
Natural resources ot the nitrogen - fixing blue-green algae are very rich in the rice fields in Qichun County, Hubei Province. We have made investigations for their topographical distribution, aquatic environment and law of seasonal fluctuation.The majority of these nitrogen-fixing blue-green algae are Anabaena. They require the living surroundings with neutrality or weak basicity and optimum temperature for 28℃~32℃. Proved in the laboratory the rate of fixing atmospheric nitrogen amounts to l.5mgN/ 100ml/l5days. The results of comparing experiments in the late rice field showed that the yield of grain increased by 7~15%. They contribute to accumulation of organic substances, to amelioration of soils, and to the promotion of reproduction of soil microbes. Its valuable to apply these natural resources.
