摘要
本文系统地讨论了氢化物发生时液相干扰的机理,它包括六个方面:过渡金属离子、酸度、残余氧化性的酸、催化作用、价态效应、形成难挥发性的化合物。评述了消除液相干扰的途径和方法,它包括五个方面:选择合适的酸介质、加入适当的络合剂、利用氧化还原缓冲作用、控制还原剂的浓度及预分离。
The mechanism of interference in liquid phase on hydride generat ion is discussed.It includes six aspects. Ions of transition metals, Acidity, Surplus oxidizable acid, Catalyst action, Effect of different valence,Form of hard volatile compounds.The methods and ways of interferential elimination in liquid phase are reviewed.They concern five aspects. To select suitabile medium of acld, To mix appropriate complexing agent, To make use of oxido-reducing buffer action, To control concentration of reducing agent and pre-separation.
