卡林型金矿及其找矿方法和方向

EXPLORATION METHODS AND TARGETS OF CARLIN TYPE GOLD DEPOSITS

卡林型金矿床是一种与侵入岩无直接联系的,产于沉积岩(或火山岩)中的中低温热液成因的徽细浸染型金矿床。在美国、加拿大和我国都有该类型金矿产出,狭义的卡林型金矿产于沉积岩,主要是碳酸盐岩和细碎屑岩中。与火成岩无明显关系,无冰长石出现。广义的卡林型金矿围岩可扩展到火山岩中。其基本地质特征与(?)义相同。但有冰长石产出、银的含量高。我国卡林型金矿的找矿方向为扬子准(?)台周边古生代中生代凹陷区,找矿方法为地质分析与化探相结合。

The carlin type gold deposit is a meso-epithermal deposit with microscopic dissemination gold, which occurs in sedimentary or volcanic rocks without direct relation to plutonic rocks. This type of deposits occurs in America, Canada and China. In narrow sense carlin type gold deposits occur in sedimentary rocks, mainly in carbonates and fine-clastic rocks without obvious relation to igneous rocks and without adularia. The host rocks of broad sense carlin type gold deposits can be extended to volcanic rocks with the same general characters of geology as the narrow sense one but with adularia and high content of silver. The exploration targets for carlin type gold deposits in China are in the Paleozoic-Mesozoic depression region of the surrounding area of Yangtze Parapletform. The geological analysis combined with geochemistry should be the expleration methods.
