红山地震台近震震级M_L的台基校正

THE STATION CORRECTION FOR LOCAL EARTHQUAKES MAGNITUDE OF HONGSHAN SEISMIC STATION

本文选用了红山地震台所记录到的713次地方震或附近小震,划分成八个区,参照地震台站观测规范和有关地震目录等资料,对红山地震台所定的近震震级M_L进行校正。通过台基校正后的震级,标准误差明显下降。说明本文的方法是合理的,应用此成果来进行震级校正,将有助于提高红山地震台测定震级的精确度。

In this paper, we have selected 718 local earthquakes or mierocathquakes recorded at Hongshan Seismic Station, which are divided into eight regions. Based on the《Seismic Station Observation Standard》and some earthquake catalogues concerned, the local earthquake magnitudes ML of Hongshan Seismic Station, are corrected. For the corrected magnitude, the standard error is obviously decreased. This shows that the method given in this paper is reasonable, we can improve the accuracy of earthquake magnitude determined at Hongshan Seismic Station.
