摘要
目前,国内用于修复胸壁骨性缺损的代用材料,不论是患者自身机体组织还是人工生体材料,性能均不理想。材料的缺欠严重影响了临床效果。本文介绍了一种新的胸壁缺损修复材料——炭纤维树脂复合材料,用其制成的人工肋骨经动物实验和临床试用证明。性能已经达到预期效果,有较好的使用价值。
Whether it is the own organism of patient or the artificial materials, the properties of substitute material to repair lack of breast wall bone are not desirable. The material defects exert significant influence on clinical results. A new repair material——carbon fiber/resin composite is proposed here. Experiments on animals and clinical application prove that artificial rib made from the composite can achieve desired results and good use value.
