摘要
为了克服短炭纤维/铜复合材料在高温处理后的异常膨胀,在炭纤维表面上先镀铜后镀铁、镍、铬、钛等金属镀层以形成双金属镀层(Duplex Coating)。在氩气保护下对镀层后的炭纤维进行了不同温度的热处理,并进行了力学性能测试,X射线衍射分析,扫描电镜观察。结果表明:镀铜-铁炭纤维在温度高于600℃,镀铜-钛炭纤维在温度高于700℃的热处理后强度降低,而镀铜-铬,镀铜-镍炭纤维在热处理后强度仍保持不变,除镀铜-钛炭纤维在800℃热处理后镀层发生球化缩聚现象外,其他双金属镀层则无球化现象。
To overcome the abnormal expansion in CF/Cu composites after high temperature heat-treatment,the CF was coated with Cu prior to with Fe,Ni, Cr and Ti to form duplex coatings.The coated CF was heat-treated at various temperature for 30 min.at atmosphere of argon,the tensile strengthes were measured,the phase composition was analysed by X-ray diffraction and the coatings were observed by SEM,The results indieated:the tensile strengthes of Cu-Fe,Cu-Ti eoated CF decrease after 600℃,700℃ heat-treatment respectively, while those of Cu-Ni,Cu-Cr cuated CF keep constant after 800℃ Cheat-treatment, and duplex coatings,except Cr-Ti coating, don't spheroidize to detach from CF after 800℃ heat treatment.
