摘要
本文以乙烯渣油和轻柴油重质芳烃组分,以及一个模型化合物(a-甲基萘)为原料,经400℃及氮气压力下液相热缩聚,制得了三种不同的沥青。接着,用核磁共振氢谱电算机解析法,研究了各渣油和沥青的平均分子结构,获得了各个样品的平均分子结构参数和相应的结构摸型。讨论了各种沥青的结构特点以及从渣油到沥青的炭化反应机理。
Three different kinds of pitches were prepared by pyrolyzing an ethylene tar residue and a heary aromatic fraction of light dieselv oil, and a model aromatic compound, α-methylnaphthalene in a laboratoryscale autoclave at 400℃ and nitrogen pressure. Both raw feedstocks and three pitches obtained as mentioned above are subsequently subjected to structural analysis using' HNMR coupled with computer method. The structural characteristic parameters and corresponding hypothetical models are obtained. The structural chara cteristics of pitch products and the probably reaction mechanism leading to final pitches are briefly discussed.
