芳香性石油渣油液相炭化过程的研究——中间相沥青生成过程的在位显微结构分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用热台显微镜分别考察了α-甲萘合成沥青、三线芳烃衍生沥青、乙烯渣油沥青的中间相转化行为。α-甲萘沥青是从纯烃合成的沥青,具有典型的热变型中间相特征;三线芳烃沥青的中间相转化行为十分相似于α-甲萘沥青,而乙烯渣油沥青则在热台加热条件下于较窄的温度区间内全体积爆发式地转成镶嵌型中间相。 Three laboratory prepared pitches, i. e., α-methylnaphthalene synthesized pitch, a petroleum pitch obtained from thermal pyrolysis of diesel oil heavy aromatic fraction, and an ethylene tar pitch, are studied in terms of their mesophase transformation behaviour using hot-stage optical microscopy. α-methylnaphalene pitch, being a typical synthetic pitch from pure model hydrocarbon, exhibits characteristic thermotropic mesophase behaviour, that of third-line heavy aromatics derived pitch is quite similar to the former. In contrast to the first two samples the ethylene tar pitch abruptly converts to mosaic-type bulk mesophase in total volume within relatively narrow temperature range under the heating condition of hot stage.
