致密化周期对三向碳/碳复合材料力学性能的影响

摘要 本文研究了致密化周期对三向碳/碳(3DC/C)复合材料力学性能一弯曲强度和临界应力强度因子的影响。研究表明,随着致密化周期的进行,3DC/C材料的气孔率降低,体积密度、弯曲强度和临界应力强度因子增加;高温热处理使力学性能降低;界面状态对材料性能影响很大。 Influence of densification cycles on the mechanical properties—flexural strength and critical stress intensity factor of three dimensional carbon/carbon (3DC/C) has heen studied. It has been found that the porosity decreased; and the bulk density, flexural strength and critical stress intensity factor increased with the densification cycles. The mechanical properties decreased because of high temperature treatment, The properties w re affacted strongly by the interface shape.
