用生石油焦粉制造高密度细结构石墨制品 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过采用一定挥发份含量的生石油焦为原料,湿法粉碎,控制生焦粉一定的含水量,模压成型,再将压型品按常规工艺条件焙烧、浸渍、石墨化,制得了体积密度为1.87g/cm^3。的高密度细结构石墨制品。并与冷压法进行了对比。 Graphite artifacts with 1.87g/cm^3 bulk density were made with green petroleum coke powder containing certain content of volatile. The raw materials were first ground with wet process, dried to certain moisture and moulded. The final products were made through baking, impregnation and graphitization at conventional conditions. The process was also compared with the cold moulding method.
