干式自焙阳极糊用于旁插铝电解槽

摘要 开展了在旁插铝电解槽上使用干式热糊的扩大工业试验。结果表明,用干式阳极糊大大降低了向大气中排放挥发物量,阳极消耗、电流效率和槽操作与电解槽使用常规液体阳极糊相似。对于干式糊,改进热糊的分布是必要的。 Extensive plant tests have been carried out to ovaluate the use of a dry paste for H.S.Soderberg anodes. Results showed a significant reduction in condensable volatile matter released to the external atmosphere with the dry paste operation. Anode consumption,current efficiency and cell operation were similar to stan dard cells operating with couventional fluid paste. Modification of hot paste distri- bution practice was required with dry paste.
