愈伤组织氨基酸含量变化与柑桔抗寒性的关系 被引量:3

摘要 通过对枳、宜昌橙、遂川金柑、桃叶橙、尤力克柠檬实生苗愈伤组织不同的继代培养及5℃低温处理,分析其氨基酸含量,结果表明:柑桔愈伤组织氨基酸含量变化与其抗寒性一致。尤其是脯氨酸含量变化与其抗寒性关系密切。5℃两周处理后,在抗寒品种中,有蛋白质合成,脯氨酸等含量较高,而抗寒性弱的品种没有蛋白质合成,甚至发生分解,氨基酸含量低。 Because the conditions were difficulty controlled, the co1d hardiness experiments with the field samples were not ideal. The calli produced in the controlled condition, which used for cold hardiness study were suitable (Li Xiancai et al,1985). For the results of the biochemistry, the ultrastructure under the eleetro-microscopy, we knew the study of plant cold hardiness in vitro was an exciting way. This work studied the contents of 17 amillo acids in calli with low temperature. Used calli from Poncirus trifoliata, Citrus ichangensis, Suichuan kumquat (Fortunella crassifolia), Tao-ye orang (C.sinensis), and Eureka lemon (C.limon), different subcalture, 5℃ low temperature. The results showed: The changes of the amino acid contents in citrus calli related with the cold hardiness, especially, the proline. There were protein compositions in cold resistant varieties in 5℃ low temperature. The sensitive ones no or few composed protein, and even decomposed. There were more proline in the resistive vatieties. The procedure of glutamifie composing proline and the function of proline in the cell were discussed.
