摘要 超微粒—半导体薄膜是一类新型材料,它具有许多独特的性能,如高的光吸收系数,较高的光电量子产额,极高的光电响应速率。这种薄膜可用于超短激光脉冲检测,大功率超短光脉冲到电脉冲转换,高效光能到电能转换等。本文着重介绍了金属超微粒—半导体薄膜的光电发射特性和多光子光电发射特性。 The ultrafine particles-semiconductor thin films are new types of materials. They have some special characteristics, such as high absorptivity, high photoelectric quantum yield, and high photoelectric responsive speed. These films can be used in the measurement of ultrashort laser pluses, in the transformation of large power of ultrashort light pulses into electric pulses, in high eficient transformation of light energy into electric energy, and so on. In this paper the photoelectron emission and the multiphoton photoelectron emission frow the ultrafine metal particles-semiconductor thin films are introduced.
