摘要 根据对防护工程、爆破工程、地震工程和其它高压、高速工作的研究需要,研制了一台岩石高压动力三轴仪。它可研究岩石或其它材料在三轴动、静力条件下的应力-应变关系。该三轴试验仪的特点是高压、高速,能使岩石试件在围压为0—1000MPa,轴压达0—4000MPa的条件下进行试验,快速加载只需4—9ms就可使荷载由零上升至峰值,应变速率达10~0s^(-1)。本文介绍了三轴仪的主要结构,动加载原理,密封,高油压下的测量手段等,还介绍了用这台设备对各种岩石在各种应力条件下所进行的应力-应变关系、强度、变形、破坏、应变速率效应等试验的情况和所获得的试验数据。这台设备填补了我国空白。 A rock dynamic triaxial machine with high pressure is developed for the needs of Defence Engineering, Explosive Engineering, Seismic Engineering, and the work related to high pressure and high rate condition The machine can be used to study the stressstrain relation of rock or other materials under dynamic and static triaxial condition. High pressure and fast loading rate are the features of this experimental machine. Rock testing study can be done with this machine under the conditions of confined pressure from zero to 1000 MPa and axial pressure from zero to 4000 MPa. The loading time from zero to peak takes only 4-9 ms. The strain rate can reach 10° 1/sec. The main parts of the triaxial experimental machine, the principles of dynamic loading, and the measurement under high liqued pressure, etc, are described in this paper. In addition, the test results of the stress-strain relation, strength, deformation, the effects of strain rate,etc, obtained with this machine are presented, too. This machine fills in the gaps of dynamic high pressure machine in China.
