血液净化疗法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭
摘要
我院近十年用血液透析(HD)和血液滤过(HF)治疗了晚期慢性肾功能衰竭221例,用不卧床持续性腹膜透析(CAPD)治疗了139例。今将其中作3个月以上HD和HF、1个月以上CAPD的病人175例,就其效果存活率及有关的因素作分析和比较。 资料和方法 HD组:43例,男25例,女18例。治疗开始年龄17～57岁,平均35.27±10.46岁,其中26～55岁占76.75％。
