摘要
本试验采用垂直板不连续系统的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,研究在不同浓度的HgCl_2作用下,蚕豆根过氧化物酶同工酶的变化情况.结果表明,蚕豆根过氧化物酶同工酶的变化与Hg^(2+)作用有密切关系.同工酶技术可以作为环境Hg^(2+)污染的一种监测手段.
Differences of the peroxidase isozyme in roots of Vicia faba treated by the different concentrations of mercuric ion were studied with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis on vertical slab. The results showed that there were close relationships between the differences of peroxidase isozyme and effect of mercuric ion.The method of isozyme analysis can be used in the environmental pollution detection.
