摘要 目的:探讨肺癌组织中转移相关蛋白1(MTA1),组蛋白去乙酰化酶1(HDAC1),低氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)蛋白表达三者之间的相互关系.方法:采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测59例肺癌组织中MTA1,HDAC1及HIF-1α的表达情况,并分析三者之间的相关性.结果:MTA1蛋白的表达与HIF-1α的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.418,P<0.05),且HIF-1α表达与MTA1/HDAC1染色水平明显相关.结论:HIF-1α,MTA1/HDAC1复合物在人类肺癌的发展中有重要意义.HIF-1α和HDAC1/MTA1可能是针对这种致死性疾病而发展的新治疗方式的一个有前途的靶点. AIM: To explore the correlations between protein expression of MTA1, HDAC1 and HIF-1α in lung cancers. METHODS: MTA1, HDAC1 and HIF-1α expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry in 59 lung cancer patients. The correlations between the expression of MTA1, HDAC1 and HIF- 1α were analyzed. RESULTS: There was a positive association between the expression of MTA1 and HIF-1α( r = 0. 418, P 〈 0.05). HIF-1α expression was correlated markedly with the MTA1/HDAC1 staining level. CONCLUSION: HIF-1α and MTA1/HDAC1 complex are of some significance in the development of human lung cancers. HIF-1α and HDAC1/MTA1 may be promising targets for novel therapeutic approaches to human lung cancers.
