鼻咽癌病人淋巴细胞产生IL_(-2)、IL_(-2)受体活性及放射治疗对其影响的初步研究 被引量:2

Activity of Interleukin-2 and its Receptors Produced by Lymphocytes in Patients with NPC and Effect of Radiotherapy

摘要 我们对比了放射治疗前后鼻咽癌病人及正常对照者外周血淋巴细胞经PHA-M刺激后产生白细胞介素-2的能力和白细胞介素-2受体活性。结果发现鼻咽癌病人淋巴细胞产生白细胞介素-2的能力和白细胞介素-2受体的增殖活性均明显地低于正常对照,且在放射治疗后进一步下降。 We have compared the ability of peripheral blood lymphocytes to produce IL-2 and the activity of their IL-2R after PHA-M stimulation between normal controls and NPC patients both before and after radiotherapy. The activity of IL-2 was determined by the amount of 3H-TdR incorporated (cpm) in the target cells stimulated by IL-2 containing supernatants. The proliferation activity of IL-2R was determined by the amount of 3H-TdR incorporated (cpm) in the lymphocytes after exogenous IL-2 (lymphocult-T) stimulation. The experimental results showed that both the ability to produce IL-2 and the activity of IL-;R proliferation of lymphocytes in NPC patients (1549±168 cpm and 5193±1041 cpm) were significantly lower than those in normal controls (2431±213 cpm, P <0.005 and 21124±2627 cpm, P<0.001) and they further decreased in the early period of radiotherapy (to 544+130 cpm, P<0.002 and 8711104 cpm, P<0.001).
