摘要 本文研究猪肝静脉结扎与栓塞的不同后果。猪能耐受累及全肝75%的肝静脉结扎,累及全肝58%的肝静脉结扎不遗留显著的肝形态学改变。肝静脉栓塞导致肝小叶中心性坏死、硬化与肝静脉-门静脉瘘。 The different consequences between ligation of the hepatic veins and hepatic vein embolization were studied in pigs. It was shown that pigs were able to tolerate simple the hepatic vein ligation involving 75% of the total liver mass. Hepatic vein ligation involving 58% of the liver left no remarkable mophological changes. However, embolization of hepatic vein resulted in central necrosis of the lobules, liver cirrhosis and formation of fistulas between the hepatic vein and the portal vein.
