COMPARISON OF CHIMEHERB AND REFRIGERATION-ALCOHOL PORCINE SKIN (RAPS)IN TREATMENT OF DEEP PARTIAL THICKNESS BURN WOUNDS

通过CHIMEHERB人工皮与酒精冷藏猪皮在深Ⅱ°及混合度烧伤创面上的应用比较,表明两者的粘附,透水等性能以及止痛效果一致.且前者比后者的优点是:不占位、平均提早创面愈合时间2～3.5d(天),并减少换药次数.

Fifteen patients with deep partial thickness burn wounds or full-thickness skin burn wounds were covered with CHIMEHERB or RAPS for autogenous contrast. They were divided into two groups, the tangential excision group (TEG,6 cases) and the decrustation group (DO,9cases). There was no significant difference in adhesion and relief between the two groups. The mean healing time of those treated with the CHIMEHERB was 2 (TEG) to 3. 5(DG) days shorter than that with RAPS. There were 50%'occupancies' in RAPS, but none in the CHIMEHERB. The CHIMEHERB is abacterial, cheap and convenient, and causes no rejection action. The study shows that compared with the RAPS the CHIMEHERB is a better biological dressings for applications to deep partial thickness burn wounds or full thickness burn wounds.
