摘要
用英制 Instron 1195试验机,以工业纯铁制试样测试常规力学性能和真实应力应变。通过真实应力应变曲线与形变强化率ds/de~e曲线求出形变强化指数n,ef及建立颈缩判据,找出与断裂韧性K1c、COD(δ)的相关性。
With the aid of Instron 1195 Test Machine made in England, speci- mens of industry pure ferrite are measured for their normal mechanical properties and ture stress-strain, From the true stress-strain curve and the strain hardening rate ds/de-e curve, we derive the strain hardening exponents n and true strain, ef, The necking criterion is set up to find out the interrelation of fracture toughness K_(1c), COD (δ).
