摘要
在实际切削条件下,运用时序分析、对车刀刀杆垂直方向上的振动加速度信号的有关特征量分布及规律性作了探讨和分析、选择出能较好地反映刀具磨损过程状态变化的特征量。这些特征量可用于构造在线识别刀具磨损状态的判别函数、以实现自动化生产刀具工况的在线监测。实验证明这些特征量灵敏度高、实时性和可靠性好。
Based on the vertical acceleration signals of tool vibration in ac- tual cutting conditions, the characteristics related to tool wear are discussed by means of the time series analysis theory, and some of the characteri- stics sensitive to the tool wear process are chosen. It is expected that they are useful for construction the recognition function which make it possible to monitor the tool wear state timely during automatic metal cutting. Tests show that the chosen characteristics are good in sensitivity, practicability and reliability.
