The Best Fit Method of Error Data Processing of Profiles Measured in CMM

讨论三座标测量机上测量理想轮廓位置可浮动的一类轮廓误差测量及数据处理方法。建立了理论轮廓与实际轮廓的最佳一致逼近模型，提出了这一模型的完整解法。

This paper describes a method of error measurement and data proces- sing for the flexible Profiles. The best fit model of the norminal profiles approaching to the real profiles has been built and a set of compreheasive solving methods for this model has been proposed.
