摘要
分析了机床箱型零件有限元网格的特点,使用分级模块的概念可以解决平面上单元网 格生成的问题,然后利用三维排序和查找解决三维结构的生成有限元网格和定义边界条件的问 题。模块法生成网格,可以减少所需输入数据的数量。如果在结构优化过程中使用这种方法,同 样也能减少有限元建模和分析计算的时间。
This paper takes the box-type housings of machine tools as an example, trying to show that the problems of mesh generation for a two-dimensional plate can be solved by using the concept of hierarchial module.The problems of mesh generation for a 3-D structure and defining boundary conditions can be solved by sorting and searching.The method of modular mesh genera- tion can reduce the amount of data input required. When it is used in the process of optimization of structure, the time for finite element modeling and calculating can also be cut down to a certain extent.
