关于杂交粳稻二代(F_2)利用的探讨

Research on Utilization of Keng Rice F_2Hybrid

1986—1988年对四个杂交粳稻组合F_1和F_2的产量及其主要经济性状进行了研究,结果表明:四个组合的F_2和F_1在产量及主要经济性状上的表现基本一致,F_2、不产生育性分离,株高和抽穗期分离不大,基本上是整齐的,充分说明这几个组合的F_2是可以利用的.还阐明了利用F_2组合应具备的几种条件以及应采取的栽培措施.

The yield and main economic characters of F1 and F2 of 4 combinations of keng rice hybrid were investigated in 1986 -1988. The results indicated that the yields ana main economic characters of F1 and F2 were :lose, fertility segregation did not occur in the hybrid F2, and the segregation of its plant hei ght and heading stage were negligible. That showed that the hybrid F2 of these 4 combinations was utilizable. However the employed combination of hybrid F2 was conditioned by:(l)The male sterile line employed must be gametophytic sterility;(2) The combination is possessed of strong heterosis;(3) The plant height and heading stage of the parents should be same or close;(4) The suitable cultivation techniques should be adopted, such as to add transplanting density and to give more effective management in the tilleringstage, for increasing the panicles per unit area.
