摘要
用甜樱桃品种那翁和杂种砧木4—145为材料进行了樱桃组培快繁技术的改进研究.筛选出最佳继代增殖培养基和伸长壮苗培养基.阿魏酸用于难生根的杂种砧木生根时,可抑制愈伤组织的过分增殖,提高生根频率.光照驯化培养是影响移栽成活的关键因素.
The improvement of sweet cherry propagation with tissue culture . in vitro was studied by using the cultivar Napoleon Bigorream and the hybrid stock 4-145. The best media for shoot proliferation and shoot healthful growth were selected.It was found that the ferulic acid could increase rooting effipiency of the hybrid stock , which hard roots usually , and inhibit excessive callus growth on shoot basal. The light hardening culture was the key factor of the affecting trasplant success.
