间性奶山羊卵巢颗粒细胞瘤一例

OVARIAN GRANULOSA CELL TUMOR IN A HERMAPHRODITISM DAIRY GOAT: A CASE REPORT

首次发现一例真间性萨能奶山羊卵巢颗粒细胞瘤。该瘤为双侧恶仕肿瘤,质地较硬,色灰黄。左侧瘤较大,切面约11×6毫米,分叶状;属弥漫型颗粒细胞瘤,局部趋于滤泡型;可见少量微囊(或Call-Exner小体),有些部位发生黄素化。右侧瘤很小,肉眼不易察见,切面仅1.2×0.7毫米,呈椭圆形,不分叶;也属弥漫型,但缺乏微囊,未见黄素化瘤细胞。病羊无发情行为。

Bilateral malignant ovarian granulosa cell tumors in a true hermaph-roditism Saanen dairy goat were first discovered. The left tumor was larger than the right one, they were about 11 x 6rnm ( left ) and 1.2×0.7mm ( right ) in section, respectively. The left tumor was firm and grey yellow in colour, and was lobulated belonged to the diffuse type with some areas towards the follicular type. A few Call-Exner corpsules and limited luteinized areas were present in the tumor. The right one was elliptical-shaped without lobulation, it also belonged to the diffuse type, but lacked Call-Exner corpsule and luteinized granulosa cells.There was no estrum in this goat.
