对实验鼠群LCM抗体检测方法研究

STUDY OF METHOD OF DETECTING ANTIBODY TO LCM VIRUS IN LABORATORY MOUSE COLONY

本文就检测实验鼠群LCM抗体的方法作了比较,共采用ELISA,IFA,EIA以及IAHA等方法,比较结果表明以ELISA法为敏感,检测率最高。我们首次检测了从1982～1987年全国20个省市共2824只小鼠,发现有13个省市检测有阳性,其中以山东(90％),河南(75％),北京(65％)为最高。

For the purpose of rising the quality of laboratory mice, EL1SA , IFA, EIA and IAHA. were employed in serological checking and comparison of four methods was performed in our laboratory. The results showed that ELISA is the most sensitive. Since 1982, we have examined 2821 mice. The highest positive rate of serum antibody was observed in 1985 ( 13.91% ) . In 20 provinces and cities in which mice were sampled, we found that infection had occured in 13 provinces and cities ( 65% ) . The highest positive rate was recorded in Shandong province ( 90% ) , followed by Henan province. ( 75% ),Beijing ( 65% ), Anhui and Zhejiang provinces (50% ) .
