摘要
本文给出一种合相变的热弹塑性本构关系,它适用于金属材料淬火等伴有金相组织变化过程的应力、变形解析,作为算例,用有限元方法计算了一个齿轮渗碳淬火处理过程的含碳量、溫度、金相组织、应力分布,并同实验数据作了比较。
In this paper a thermoelastoplastic relation involving phase transformation relevant to stress and deformation analysis during some engineering processes with changes of metallic structures such as quenching process is presented. As an example, distributions of carbon content, temperature, metallic structures and stresses during carburized-quenching process of a steel gear are calculated by use of the finite element method, and compared with the experimentally measured data.
