摘要
将在热处理过程中发生相变的材料考虑为多组元的混合物。以合内变量的不可逆热力学为基础推导出了包含相变,不合屈服面的非等温弹塑性内时本构方程,根据一组不同温度水平下的高温短时拉力试验宋确定本构方程中的材料参数及其随温度的变化,作为例证,计算了2Crl3钢圆柱试样在淬火过程中瞬时内应力和残余内应力分布,并将残余应力的计算值与实验测定值进行比较,结果证明本文发展的本构方程及其相应的有限元计算程序具有令人满意的应用效果。
The material undergoing phase transformation due to heat treatment is assumed to be a mixture of constituents.A nonisothermal endochr-onic elastic-plastic constitutive equation involving phase transformation is putforward based on irreversible thermodynamics with internal variables.The material parameters in the constitutive equation and its variation with temperature are determined by a series of short time tension tests in differen -thigh temperature.As an example,the distribution of instantaneous internal stress as well as residual stress along the radius of2Cr13 steel cylinder during quenching are calculated.The calculated results for residual stressnear surface of the cylinder are compared with the experimental data obtained by X-ray radiogragh.It shows that the constitutive equation and FEM Code dereloped in this work are quite satisfactory for application.
