多面壳体液压胀球过程的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文描述了由平面板料组焊而成的多面壳体整体液胀成球壳过程中的变形规律。实验证明壳体胀形过程可以依焊缝的变形分为三个阶段,即初期阶段焊缝内凹,中期阶段焊缝波浪化,末期阶段焊缝外凸圆弧化。通过对壳体胀形过程中的容积变化量进行测定和分析得到了壳体的体积变化规律。 The deformation law of a polyhedron shell during its whole body hydrobul ging into a spherical one is given in this paper, which is assembled and welded from sheet blank.. Experiments have shown the process of bulging can be devided into three stages, i. e. the initial stage, the middle stage and the final stage in which the weld seams becomes concave, wave-like and a circular arc-like, respectively. The law of the shell volume changing during the process is obtained by measuring and analysing the volume change amount.
