充油电缆用聚丙烯的结构、形态和强度特性的研究

STUDY OF STRUCTURE,MORPHOLOGY AND STRENGTH CHARACTERISTIC OF POLYPROPYLENE FILM FOR OIL-FILLED CABLE

用红外光谱、x 射线衍射和动态力学谱等方法,对高压充油电缆用聚丙烯复合纸(PPLP)中聚丙烯微观结构、形态和强度特性关系进行了研究。认为改善 PPLP的击穿强度和机械强度的关键是提高 PP 膜的结晶度、取向度和分子量等结构参数。同时还研究了 PPLP 和油的相互作用。当它在100℃下浸渍 DDB 后,随着 PP 膜的无定相的溶解,易发生解取向,导致 PPLP 的强度特性下降。

In this paper,the relation of the microscopic structure,morphology and strength characteristic of polypropylene(PP)film used in,polypropylene laminated Paper(PPLP)in high voltage oil-filled cable is studied by infrared spectrum,x-ray diffraction and dynamic mechanical spectra etc.It is considered that to improve breakdown strength,tensile strength and stability in,oil for PP film.the key point is to,increase structure parameters of PP film,such as erystallinity,orientation and molecular weight.Meanwhile, interaction between PPLP and liquid dielectric also is studied.When it is immersed in DDB at 100℃,the strehgth characteristic of PP film is decre- ased,as the amorphous portion of PP film is dissolved and then disorientated.
