摘要
在^(99m)Tc-HMPAO断层图像上,根据血管分布区域和解剖标志,将每个层面分割为若干区,求得右侧与左侧对应部位的计数比值(RQ值),即为rCBF相对定量分析法(RQ方法)。RQ方法能够提高诊断的阳性率,并提供一个相对定量指标,用以估计缺血程度。
In the tumographic images, 3 pairs of ROls matching the perfusion territories of 3 main cerebral vessels were drawn according lo the anatomical markers. The count ratios of right to left corresponding ROls were computed. This was termed rCBF relative quantitative method (RQ method). We took 95% of individual range (X⊥2. 145 S) of normal RQ values as the normal range. RQ values of 10 pts with cerebral infarction and 2 1 pts with TIA were calculated with this method. The results demonstrated that RQ method could raise positive rate and provide a quantitative parameter lo estimate the degree of ischemia.
