本文对^(99m)Tc-HMPAO SPECT和Ct两种颅脑断层显像进行了对比研究。结果表明,两者各行其特长和局限性,能够互相补充。在癫痫及脑血管病的诊断中,前者具有更高的阳性率及定位准确性,而在发现小病灶方面,CT优于SPECT。

Comparative study of 99mTc-HMPAO SPECT and CT in brain imaging was made. The results demonstrated that both techniques had their own advantages and disadvantages and could be mutually complementary. In the diagnosis of epilepsy and.cerebrovascular diseases,the former had a higher positive rate and localizing accuracy. However,CT was superior to SPECT in finding small foci.
