心肌显像剂^(99m)Tc-TBI的Ⅰ期临床试验

CLINICAL TRIAL I OF MYOCARDIAL AGENT ^(99m)Tc-TBI

在放射性新药^(99m)T_c-TBI Ⅰ期临床试验中,对10名正常受试者进行了观察。结果表明,该药作为心肌灌注显像剂,制备力方法简便,安全、有效。平面显像由于肝影干扰,影响对心肌下、后壁的观察;断层显像基本上能克服此缺点,得到满意的结果。

99mTc-TBI in 10 normal volunteers were studied in clinical trial I. The results showed that 99mTc-TBl was easily-prepared,safe and effective as a myocardial perfusion agent. Inferior and posterior wall of heart was difficult to observe in planar imaging because of the contribution of liver. but we could get satified results in tomographic imaging.
