心脏相位分析的初步临床应用

PRELIMINARY CLINICAL APPLICATION OF HEART PHASE ANALYSIS

本文报道了10例正常人、36例冠心病人及15例心脏传导异常病人的相位分析结果,建立了正常相位分析的标准。对冠心病左心室局部室壁运动异常(RWMA)及颅激综台征(WPW)、束枝传导阻滞(BBB)的相位特点及诊断价值进行了初步评价。结果表明,对于各类疾病,相位分析有较高的诊断灵敏度和准确性,比心电图定位清楚、直观,比心血管造影及电生理检查简便、无创。

In this study,phase analysis of 10 normal subjects,36 patients with coronary artery disease(CAD)and 15 patients with conductive abnormality in heart was reported. The normal standard of phase analysis was set up. The characteristics and diagnosticvalue of phase analysis for regional wall motion abnormality(RWMA)of left ventricle with CAD and pre-excitation syndrome and left or right bundle branch block(BBB) were preliminarily evalusted. The results indicated that phase analysis could be uded to diagnosize these diseases sensitively and accurately. It was clearer and more visible than ECG on locating thd focus. Also it was simple and non-invasive in comparison with electrophysiologic study and cardioangiography.
