摘要
本文报告一种用室温透析法测定游离T_1(FT_1)的方法,样品的T_1可透析部分(DF值)经一正常对照血清纠正,减少了干扰因素,改善了批间变异。四份混合标准血清(总T_1分别为2.7、6.4、12、19μg/dl)的DF值批间变异系数分别为9.7、8.5、10.7、8.4%。56例总T_1正常的血清的DF值为0.0197士0.0034%(±S,下同),FT_4为1.62±0.37ng/dl;16例甲低病人DF值为0.0188 ±0.0037%、FT_4值为0.47±0.26ng/dl;26例甲亢病人DF值为0.0278±0.0068%,FT_1值为4.9±1.84ng/dl;54份血清同时测定了FT_1I和F7_4,FT_4与FT_4I有良好的相关(γ=0.903,p<0.001)。
A simple,reliable microdetcrmination of serum free T1 by dialysis at room temperature was reported. After the dialytic portion of the sam ple(DF) was corrected by normal serum control,the interference was decreased and the variation among-different groups narrowed. The DF variation coefficients among four standard mixed serums( with the total T (being 2.7,6. 1,12and 19μg/dl. respectively. )were found to be 9. 7, 8. 5, 10. 7 and 8. 4%,respectively. The DF average of normal serum in 56 cases,in which the total T1 level was within normal range,was 0. 0197±0. 0034 %(X±S). the FTiwas 1. 63±0. 37ng/dl;The DF in 16 hypothyroid cases was 0. 0188±0. 0037%.the FT4was 0. 17 ± 0. 26 ng/dl;The DF in 26 hypcrthyroid cases was 0. 0278±0. 0068%.the FT1was 4. 9 ± 1 81 ng/dl;The well established correlation between FT1T and FTiwas found in 54 measurements(r=0. 903,p<0. 001).
